These terms apply to your use of primoona.com and any purchase you make from Primoona ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless shown otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

2. Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen. Product guidance (for example, how to use an item) is general information, not medical, legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Digital products

When you buy a digital guide or spreadsheet, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
